There are two types of web accounts available, class accounts and general use accounts. General use accounts can be requested by faculty, staff, and graduate students and class accounts can be requested by faculty for use in graduate and/or undergraduate courses.

Application forms must be returned to the UITS Help Center by mail or fax. Applications will not be accepted via e-mail at this time. If mailing on campus, the address is:
